Cooking Lesson: Garlic Greens and "Cheezy" Scalloped Potatoes & Support Group

Please arrive at 6:45 to help yourself to a cup of tea and settle in.  Julie Marie will be teaching you all about kale and how to prepare Garlic Greens with "Cheezy" Scalloped Potatoes.  These dishes are nutrient dense and full of flavor!  You will taste for yourself how delicious plant based food can be.  Julie will answer any nutritional or cooking questions you have.  This is also a support group.  You will be encouraged to share any of your personal tips or tricks.  We would love to hear your journey or why you are interested in starting on this path to wellness.  If you are just getting started please join us.  You will learn from the experience of others successes and pitfalls.  You will be leaving this meet up with the contagious excitement from the success of other members, as well as new meal ideas, cooking techniques, and confidence in your path to optimum health with an oil free and sugar free plant based diet. This plan is based on the teachings of Dr. Esselstyn, Dr. McDougall, Dr. Campbell and Dr. Fuhrman.
