Please arrive at 6:45 to help yourself to a cup of tea and settle in. Julie Marie will be teaching you how to make Eggplant Parma-non with pasta. This simple dish only looks as if you've worked hard in the kitchen all day. The crunch of the breading is so flavorful you will never guess it was free of cheese and oil. Taste for yourself how delicious plant based food can be. Julie will answer any nutritional or cooking questions you have. This is also a support group with a full dinner following the cooking lesson. You will be encouraged to share any of your personal tips or tricks. We would love to hear your journey or why you are interested in starting on this path to wellness. If you are just getting started please join us. You will learn from the experience of others successes and pitfalls. You will be leaving this meet up with the contagious excitement from the success of other members, as well as new meal ideas, cooking techniques, and confidence in your path to optimum health with an oil free and sugar free plant based diet. This plan is based on the teachings of Dr. Esselstyn, Dr. McDougall, Dr. Campbell and Dr. Fuhrman.
