Hello! I am seeking a successful transition into a whole food, plant-based diet. I love to cook, so I am eager to expand my recipe knowledge and get tips from others in the area.

I hope to meet you at one of the Thursday night cooking classes and dinner. This Thursday is a "Creamy" Potato and Kale soup and jarring class. I also have a four week workshop to transition to an oil and sugar free plant based diet starting in February.
