Saturday Competitive Indoor VBall: B, BB Level

This indoor pick-up game is targeted to B and BB level players. This can be defined as:
-Solid individual skills.
-Ability to play in formation ("5-1," "4-2," etc.) and in
position (designated setter, OH, etc.).
-Knowledge of the full rule set (net calls, legal ball handling, etc.).

If you’re still learning  the game, that’s ok! The Wednesday “Rec Volleyball” Meetup plays at a
recreational level and is a great place to get experience. If in doubt, please try the Wednesday game first. If you are unsure of your level of play, please see the attached link which explains the classifications that are used by
USAVolleyball:

Additionally, players on the wait list are not guaranteed a spot in the team rotation. You are more than
welcome to still come to the event, but players that are registered will have first priority.

Entry is free for City of Alexandria residents; the cost is $8 for non-residents. There is only one court
available, so attendance is capped.

How it runs:

Players will be divided into three teams. Games are played to 15 (rally scoring) anytime that a full team is waiting. Initially, teams may form on their own, or players may be asked to count off. At the midpoint, players may be asked to count off 1 additional time, if the teams need to be rebalanced. Winning teams step off after two consecutive games.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
