Hi Ping !! Just note the location for this month's Euchre ... it's just down a few blocks from Christine's house called Caboose Cafe but NOT AT Christine's house :)
Ping, two members from the Rockville Go & Chess Group, Joseph Huang and Ethan Goffman, are involved with Ultimate Frisbee in the Rockville area. They can be reached through [masked]. For info about Bridge, another RGCG member, Todd Heidenreich, is very familiar with the workings of the Washington Bridge League. He's also on the RGCG yahoo group mailing list. - John Goon, [masked]
Hey Ping,
I know you wanted to play in a tabletop RPG. I have one going on this thursday night at 7 PM over in Annandale. Would you be interested in joining us, even if it's just for one session? The RPG is called Savage Worlds: Space 1889. It's set in an alternate Victorian-era world where the British Empire colonized much of Mars & Venus as well as the rest of the world. We do have a character ready to play.
Please let me know if this interests you.
Kurt
Thanks for joining! Hopefully you find your way around the group, and post any ideas you have.
Hello Ping! Welcome to our new group!
Have any suggestions for things we can do? I'm going to start out with a few boardgame events, I'd also like to have some sci-fi show/movie marathons but I am looking for a place to host these. Any ideas would be appreciated!
Welcome to Area 42 Games Ping!
Not a problem, due to DST ending we bumped it back to 2pm to ensure we have sufficient sunlight.
If you want volleyball, tonight at the Fredericksburg Fieldhouse is coed play open gym $5.00. See the events and RSVP. Tasha
Ping, you are now an event coordinator. I can't wait to go to your first event!
