Rocket Surgery / Space Camp

Come out and make Rockets. This event is open to everyone, members get in free, non-members $5 per person. We will be making both 2-liter water rockets, and paper air launched rockets and will have launcher kits available for purchase. We will be launching rockets through-out the day and into the night where we will bring out some fun toys for those over 18 to use.

Make sure to bring lunch or plan for lunch downtown. We will have snacks through-out the day and have a break for lunch.

Great fun was had by all. This was a great kick off to the Saturday Science Spectacular series of events. Look out for upcoming meetups targeting family friendly science and geekery.

Rockets of all types will be on display and ready to be made by eager your rocket scientists. We will be starting around 10am with the first class and then the building begins.
