Resistors! Part Uno redux

I'm going to do the resistor class a few more times, both because not everyone can make it on a given night, but also because the subjects of simplifying parallel, series, and parallel/series combination circuits is so important to all linear components, and to the subject of setting Op Amp gain and offset, voltage dividers to scale voltages down to the 5V/3.3V limit of the Arduino, etc.

I'm also hoping to put together some visual aids.

To bring: paper, pencil, and a scientific calculator are required. At a minimum, the calculator must be able to do basic trig functions including inverse functions, roots, powers, and exponents.

A. Why do things have resistance and what is it?
B. Ohm's Law, what is it and how do I apply it?

D. How do I get more? Pitfalls of very high value resistors.

5. Simple tricks to quickly estimate total resistance and voltage divider output
