Long story short: You know that guy Killian? I'm his mom. Gods help us all. I know about Nikons, giant data sets and song lyrics.
What are your areas of interest?
That crackly electrical grey zone in the cracks between art & engineering, where all the action is.
Working on any interesting projects at the moment?
Professionally, I'm working on an emergency management GIS system for a social service agency (big data, yum). I'm one of the longtime crew members of the Procession of the Species, so ask me anything about papier-mache or shocking glue gun injuries.
What's your "dream project" - what would you build if you had unlimited time, skill, and resources?
An off-the-grid travellers' hostel with lots of studio space.
