Last weeks Hill Sprints were so much fun!
Changing up a routine can really help keep your spirits up while you run through the winter months as well as help keep your muscles and running well rounded.
But I'll be honest...I only really like doing Hill Repeats with friends. Actually anything that is hard, is better with friends. Misery loves company I guess:)
This week we'll be doing a work out that will be a great one for everyone including those who went out and ROCKED IT at the Halloweenathon race this weekend!
8 X 400 meter repeats with 400 meters recovery.
The purpose of this workout is to get some speed out there, while also l yourself a nice recovery period to re charge your battery for the next repeat.
We'll warm up with our customary 4 laps of the track :)
