I have been running for about two decades and cc skiing...funny how all those years do add up. Not as aggresive as I was when younger. I try not to injure my old injuries and am learning/ training for mountain climbing. yes i run with the dogs.

Thanks for the tip. We hiked./ snow shoed to Mt. Margaret today and it was great. A few inches of fresh snow made all the difference!
