    My fiancé will finally be coming with me. I will be bringing gluten free beet burgers and cultured cashew cheese. The cheese uses spelt rejuvalac (probiotic liquid drained off of sprouted spelt.) I cannot find consensus about whether rejuvalac contains gluten, since it does not have any of the solids of the grain left in it. Heads up to the gluten free people if they want to read up on it beforehand.
