Let's bring our North/Central/Eastside/South Sound and Olympia Meetups together for this wonderful Holiday event!!





Celebrate Seattle's festive Christmas season as part of the Christmas Ship Parade. We will be aboad the Parade Boat that follows the official Christmas Ship. A local featured choir on the Christmas ship sings 20-minute programs at scheduled shoreside locations. The choir is broadcast over state-of-the-art speaker systems, letting those on shore join in the festivities. Onboard, Santa Mingles with guests, spreading cheer. Box Lunches, Chowder and Drinks are available for an additional cost. The Parade this evening leaves from the Museum of Glass in Tacoma and will visit Bondfire locations in Gig Harbor. Cost including tax is 20.53. Boat begins boarding at 6:15pm and will leave promptly at 7:00pm. The Will-Call Tent will be located adjacent to the pier on Dock Street, and open at 5:30pm to pick up your Boarding Pass. The boat will leave from the Dock behind the Museum of Glass in Tacoma.

    Update: 12/06.... Day of the event. Currently out of 145 RSVP's we have 124 Paid. Being so few general public were booked on this boat they have been moved to the Christmas Ship itself. As far as the Parade Boat, our Meetup Groups will be the only people on this boat. Space is still available, You can still book online up until 5pm today.     Wow!! we have 130 RSVP's from 8 different Meetup groups for this event and it promises to be an amazing evening. What a wonderful opportunity to meet our fellow members from Seattle, Bellevue, Olympia and South Sound, we have them all coming for this event. This is going to be AWESOME. Space is still available, although selling out. Keep in mind that only your payment directly through Argosy will secure your spot on the boat. Follow the link and instructions listed in detail for each meetup posting. As it is turning out, our meetup groups will occupy 95% of this boat. Please update your RSVP to show that you've paid.

    Be sure to bring your Arogsy Receipt to the will-call tent accross from the boat on Dock Street (you can not miss it.) Will-call should be open by 5:30pm, boat begins boarding at 6:15pm. One of our Meetup representatives will be at Will-Call to hand out name tags. Remember to board the Parade Boat, not the actually Christmas Ship. See you all aboard.

    12/03 Update. Currently we sit at around 124 registered, and according to Argosy 100 from our group have paid. This does not include the general public. Argosy will sell up to 150 spots. Over the last 48 hours, interest has exploded for this event. I would strongly suggest if you plan on going to finalize payment at your earliest opportunity.     11/6/12 Update. Taking into consideration our 100 RSVP's between all postings and what general public is booked, the boat is at 69% capacity. Argosy is still selling to the public, so the public bookings will start digging into our RSVP's that have not paid. I would recommend if you can to get your payments in as soon as possible.
