Homeless Ministry: you can take a nap, afterwards!

We have people coming from other groups too, so there will be more people than those who rsvp from this meetup group.

We meet BY 6:15 AM near the covered prkg area in the south parking lot, outside the Family Life Center, which is on the SE corner of the N. Phx Baptist Church property. It is easiest, if you enter the parking lot from Montebello, which borders the campus on the south side.

AT 6:15 AM, we carpool to the "Zone". Dress comfortably for the weather, bring a drink and sunscreen.

Some of us distribute hot/cold drinks, nutritional bars, water, tracks, bibles, hygiene items, etc. to the homeless. Others talk with the homeless individuals, so we can let them know that we and Christ care about them. We have a lot of FUN and it is safe.

We typically pack up between 8 and 9 am. Afterward, most of us go to IHOP for breakfast.

If anyone has any great sources for sunscreen, lip balm, lotion, hats, razors, hand sanitizers, etc., please let Jenny know. We receive cash donations from our On-Purpose (NPBC) bible study members each Sunday to purchase what we can for the homeless.

If you have questions, contact Jenny at [masked] or 6O2*561*7373.

Hi, Julie. Yes, we do this once a month. I do not have any else coming from the east valley, at this time. Check out the Phoenix Christian Singles 40 Plus Group meetup. I am also a member there and they sometimes have events in the east valley and carpool at other times to events. Larry Mann is often open to carpooling and he is someone you can trust. See you soon.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.

Henry, started Reno Motorcycle Riders
