9th Annual Cup N Cone (MS Event)

9th Annual Cup 'n Cone Tour -
Premier charity cycling event.

Come celebrate two of our favorite things:
Cycling and the best frozen treats in the Triangle.

Which is better - Maple View Farm ice cream or

Goodberry's Frozen Custard? Do the ride and then decide.

The chip-timed King of the Mountain contest will crown the fastest men and women up the infamous col d' Lystra climb.

Ride day registration/check-in starts at 6:30. Ride starts at 7:30 to help beat the heat.

See email notice below... This looks like a recipe for a parking shortage.
I'm still tentatively planning to do this one, but I'm not signed up yet.

Email received from Cup-N-Cone last week:

Due to construction at Green Hope High School, this year's Cup 'n Cone Tour has been relocated to the High House Crossing Shopping Center at the corner of Green Level West Rd and Hwy 55. (Green Level West is the continuation of High House Road west of Hwy 55). CLICK HERE to see a map.

The new start location eliminates the need to cross Hwy 55, but the actual ride routes are very similar to previous years. Ride distances are 30, 50, and 65 miles. The rest stops are all in the same locations and the two longer routes still include the chip-timed KoM contest on col d' Lystra.
