This meeting provides a casual and friendly setting for people of all levels of experience, from beginner to experienced meditator, to learn, ask questions and share. We sit in a circle and start by going around and introducing ourselves. The evening’s facilitator will speak for 5-10 minutes on the practice and what the focus of that evening's discussion will be. We then sit in meditation for 20 minutes. Afterwards we go around the circle and each person has the option to share their experience of the meditation, the evening’s topic, where they are in their practice or life, or pass if they prefer. Newcomers are welcome.
