Meeting every Monday. We start with a five minute metta (loving kindness) meditation, followed by sitting and walking practice. We complete the session with a group chant, dharma talk and q&a, usually led by our dharma teacher, Lisa Ernst. This is an opportunity to learn more about the teachings and practical application of practice in everyday life. People of all levels of experience are welcome, from beginners to experienced meditators. For your first time meditating with us, please be sure to arrive 15 minutes early for orientation.
