This workshop offers dedicated time to learn how to create and incorporate an effective and ongoing meditation practice. You will learn the basics of mindfulness meditation and will discover how meditation reduces stress and increases well being, while also creating a healthier relationship with thoughts and emotions. Led by meditation teacher Lisa Ernst, who has been meditating since the late 80′s. Lisa regularly leads meditation classes and retreats and has taught meditation in prisons, corporations and universities. This workshop is appropriate to beginning and newer meditators as well as those who wish to refresh the basics of mindfulness practice.
