Although we three arrived half way through the class we did however enjoyed the end of the gigong and tai chi after that and we really appreciate the warmed felt from all the other participants. We truly thank the group for sharing their nutritious lunch with us. We will certainly look forward to coming back again.

Learning this exercise is challenging and rewarding. It is not boring as it might seem if you had been a spectator. It might seem slow when you watch other doing it, but when you actually perform it, it is quite challenging when you try to focus on your breathing and balancing your body. No worry though the instructors are knowledgeable and kindly guide you through it. Like what other commenter had said before, the people on this group is also pleasant and welcoming. You should have a good time and feeling good about your body at the same time.

Excellent. Would be courteous and respectful to facilitators for all those that dont RSVP to actually say they are attending though.

I have already recommended this to friends and family. I've lived abroad and it is not unusual to see large and small groups doing Tai Chi and open spaces like One Tree Hill. Keep up the great work!
