This meetup is for people in the DC metro area who are on a journey to a state of higher consciousness and a state of oneness.
We are dedicated to awakening humankind into a state of Oneness. To awaken is to be free; to be free of the mind from its interference with our experience of life; to be free of the illusion that there is a self and that this self is separate from others.
To awaken is to know what we truly are:" the unborn, the undying, the eternal, the ever present, the ever present presence. That's what you really are. You are existence, consciousness, bliss. You are not the thoughts. You are not the mind. You are not the body. You are not the one who is acting. All actions are taking place automatically. In order to help facilitate this awakening, we share the Oneness Blessing. The Oneness Blessing, also known as deeksha, is a non-denominational transfer of Divine Energy from one person to another. The purpose of this unique and specific blessing is to, over time, awaken the experience of Oneness in us.
