The primary purpose for this meetup group will be to announce the Lions Club's Charity Poker Tournaments in Ontario.

Once again this year to the Lions Club's Charity Poker Tournaments will host an Invitational Freeroll Championship Tournament to be held early summer of 2011.

This Freeroll tournament will have a main prize of $1,500.00. Other prizes will also be awarded.  In 2010 the prize pool exceeded $3,000.00. This year it is expected to rise because of more tournament sponsoring the event. A buffet will be served. This tournament will be at no cost to those invited to play and is the Lions' way of saying thank you for supporting our tournaments.

Invitations to attend will be presented to all people making the money at participating Lions Charity Poker Tournament. One invitation will also be given as a door prize at each participating tournament. This year we will also have a draw for an invitation at each event from those having to rebuy and those adding on during the event. There will be no cost to the invitees of this tournament.

All monies raised by the Lions go to the local and international charity projects of the local Lions Clubs. So again we wish to thank you for helping us help our community.

Time and date of the tournament will be announce here as arrangements are made. Participating tournaments will be designated on thier calender listing.
