I used to do do meditations that involved controlling my brain, with visualizations, focus, and breathing.
I joined Open Heart Meditation because finally I found a meditation that was purely feeling-based and experiencial - where I didn't have to fight my brain, but just relax, smile and enjoy :)
I hope by sharing this practice of Open Heart Meditation, that more people can find peace and happiness too, and gain the tools needed to overcome the stress and negative emotions that can come with work and life.
