Yin Yoga targets connective tissue, specifically ligaments and tendons in the spine and hips. Over time, this practice can help lengthen these tissues and increase range of motion. Supported floor poses are held for several minutes to nourish the joints and encourage energy flow. Led by Jen Stratakis, E-RYT, this class repeats every Wednesday.
