Yin Yoga Class: A Practice of Quiet Strength

Yin Yoga targets connective tissue, specifically ligaments and tendons in the spine and hips. Over time, this practice can help lengthen these tissues and increase range of motion. Supported floor poses are held for several minutes to nourish the joints and encourage energy flow. Led by Jen Stratakis, E-RYT, this class repeats every Wednesday.

For more information and to reserve your spot in this class, call[masked] or email [masked].

Note: A free 2 week pass for Movement Studio Pittsburgh is available for students new to the studio. Also, an Exclusive YOGA Class Pass
is available for everyone: 4 classes for $35 OR 10 classes for $70.

Thank you, yoginis, for attending. Last night's practice focused on the heart, lung, and intestine meridians. Namaste!
