Breathe Fire into this New Year with Chinese Yoga: Tai Ji & Energy Exercises

We are blessed with a sacred space to practice The Tai Ji Dance of the Five Elements and Chinese Yoga (QiGong) and mindful walking exercises! This moving meditation practice is bone-building and core stabilizing as well as fun! If you know someone who would like to breathe fire into this winter-time in the 'burgh, tell them to rsvp asap -- as space is limited.
