Come, take some time for yourself. Leave your little one at home and enjoy a yoga practice specifically tailored to your postpartum body. Postnatal yoga will help you regain strength and energy that may have been lost during pregnancy.
Classes specifically focus on rebuilding strength in the abdomen, back and pelvic muscle; releasing tension in the shoulders and neck; opening the chest. Class will end with Shavasana, a deep relaxation. You’ll be in a good frame of mind when you go back to your baby after class is over.
Postpartum yoga is appropriate for most women 6-8 weeks postpartum through babies’ second birthday. This class is also appropriate for most women seeking a gentle practice.
