Open data and the future of Brighton & Hove Independent

Brighton and Hove Independent (www.brightonandhoveindependent.co.uk + @BrightonIndy), the weekly newspaper, is about to be re-designed and re-launched.

There are plans for a joint meeting of the Future of News Group and Open-data Brighton and Hove Group to discuss the strategic possibilities for a new citywide media platform fit for the 21st century.

No date (mid-July?) or venue (The Eagle?) has been set; these will be determined in the next few days. If you are interested, please get in touch.

Best wishes,

Greg Hadfield
