How are you involved in "open development"? is an open platform that connects young professionals and seasoned senior experts across the globe. Did projects for Wikimedia Foundation.

What do you hope to "get" or "learn"?

New insights how to connect those two 'worlds', subscribers of the JG website, JG ambassadors, who spread the word. Back-end programmer that shares mutual/ the JG intrinsic values. Partners.

What would you offer to others?

Training in improv-skills that provides on the spot learning experience, through playfull and low treshold exercises, that you/ the group connect(s) to your/their (work)practice. Collaboration 2.0, especially interesting for 'techies' that mostly work individual-base. Connecting young professionals with seasoned and senior experts. Both generations get the opportunity to unlock their potential and tap into the expertise, innovative minds, wisdom, skills and networks of their interest.

Social entrepreneur: owner Knowledgeactivator, founder Joinedgenerations, trainer applied improvisation techniques that has an impact on collaboration- and communication processes in teams and for personal development. www.knowledgeactivat
