Hackathon: Citizen audit of the Belgian e-voting system

What is the state of the Belgian e-voting system? Is it secure? Is the vote counting bullet proof? Is the data securely and correctly encrypted/decrypted? Can the QR codes on the Smartmatic ballots be spoofed or are they vulnerable for fraudulent payloads? What other leaks or holes or security flaws can you detect in the voting system?

The Belgian federal authorities of internal affairs ("Binnenlande Zaken") have promised me that the source code of the e-voting will be published in the week of 2-6 June 2014 at http://www.ibz.rrn.fgov.be/index.php?id=3285&L=1
