During the last meeting someone mentioned a markup language for public policy, or maybe for planning. Basically a schema for describing something like a TIF. Does anyone remember the name of that format, or anything similar?

It was Daniel Clark who brought it up, I think.

I don't know if this is the one he meant, but I found a blog post from 2004 about PML: Planning Markup Language.
