Join us to celebrate OpenStack's 3rd Birthday Bash and learn about OpenStack Trove - the new Database as a Service component coming in Havana.
The OpenStack Foundation is sponsoring drinks. HP is sponsoring food, and Dell is organizing and planning the event.
Topic: A tour of using OpenStack Trove DBaaS and the Trove clients
Trove is the OpenStack Database as a Service, recently renamed from “Red Dwarf”. Co-developed by RackSpace and HP, it provides a framework for database as a service. I will demonstrate starting and connecting to a MySQL Percona Service instance managed by Trove on the HP Cloud.
