This class will focus on fine tuning your basic kettlebell skills, including the deadlift, swing, get up and squat, while incorporating corrective drills and strategies to improve your movement. It will make you better and in turn stronger! Come if you're a beginner in need of learning the skills, or an advanced trainee wishing to fine tune your basics.
