Orange County Coastkeeper is a non-profit water resource protection organization. We work to protect water for drinking supply, recreational opportunities like swimming and kayaking, and to provide healthy natural habitat for aquatic species like Green Abalone and other wildlife. We do this through public education programs, supporting good public policies and planning initiatives, research, and the conservation and restoration of natural areas including coasts, rivers the land that drains to them - our watersheds. We offer many volunteer opportunities and public events. Join us for a beach cleanup, attend a garden workshop at our 2.5 acre natural garden in the City of Orange, or help us monitor marine protected areas! There is something for everyone who enjoys the outdoors and wants to protect our natural areas and water resources. Check back here for upcoming events and volunteer opportunities!
