About the Speakers:
Belinda Savage may have developed her roots in the foundations of Wall Street, as an Institutional Bond Trader in the Canadian markets & Regional Operations Manager & Compliance Director for several national and regional broker/dealers, but she now has her focus on the leading growth sector: Alternative Assets for American investment portfolios, more specifically, retirement accounts.
Ms. Savage has extensive experience and expertise within the financial markets and alternative assets- RE, Private Equity/Debt, Intellectual Property- permitting her to network with a multiplicity of professionals and associations throughout the U.S. – NYREIA, AICPA, FPA, California Mortgage Association and REIAs in CA and New York.
Presently, Belinda serves as a Consultant - Business Development -for the management team headed by Dr. Edwin Blue, Gary Shumm and Michael McNair at IRA Services Trust, which will expand their sales and marketing efforts on the West Coast and in the major metropolitan areas of America, as baby-boomers capitalize on the Alternative Asset sector.

Lynda Sands, JD/MBA, helps real estate investors structure their business and trust entities-- land trusts, IRA Asset Trusts, LLCs and IRA LLCs-- to manage and protect the assets they are working diligently to acquire.
She helps investors structure real estate transactions to use these entities for effective buying, selling, leasing, and optioning. Transaction structures also include seller-financing, and other creative strategies, with an eye to the best tax advantages.
Lynda has been in the practice of law and the consulting business for 35 years. She has a law degree and a Masters of Business in Taxation. She worked for Bank of America as a tax expert, before joining Yale University as Assistant General Counsel. She founded her own law firm in 1980 first in the San Francisco Bay Area until 2001, and now in San Diego. Lynda also strategizes with high net worth clients (in other words once you mad your bundle!) to design domestic asset protection trusts and to create charitable trusts and foundations.

Patricia Leung has over 10 years of professional tax and accounting experience with special emphasis on real estate, private equity, and financial services industries. She has worked in supervisory and management capacities in “Big 5” and regional CPA firms, as well as in a large private equity real estate firm. She has serviced multinational corporations, partnerships, and small businesses in numerous client matters, including complex U.S. and international tax planning and research, tax planning for high net worth executives, and tax return preparation and compliance matters.
