About the Speakers...

Joe Lahore began investing in 2002. Since then he has been involved in multiple transactions fixing, flipping single family and multi-unit deals implementing various acquisition strategies and managing his own rental portfolio.  His first park was a mess! A “Turn Around” project, after lots of lessons learned the second community was much better, a “Turn Key” project. Today both properties produce a healthy consistent monthly cash flow. Joe also heads-up the best real estate meeting in OC; your club the OC FIBI!


CLYDE WILSON:

Clyde who dropped out of high school in 1950 when he was 16 years old. Clyde has mastered the ability to spot incredible opportunities and structure profitable transactions. You’ll never find Clyde without his special “crystal ball” which he uses to investigate various “what if” scenarios to improve cash flow, yields, and/or profits. Clyde has an easy, down-to-earth way of explaining how to build wealth and cash flow.

In 1954 Clyde bought his first investment property but lost money on it. Not one to give up easily, in 1959 Clyde bought a house for $199 down and $88 a month (piti) plus another commercial property for $1500 down. Since then, Clyde has purchased single family homes, commercial properties, mobile home parks, mobile homes, industrial properties, subdivisions and more throughout the United States. In addition, he has parlayed his monies into building two 100-unit senior citizen facilities and eleven town home projects plus he has bought several International House of Pancakes and Jiffy Lube Centers. Clyde states he has a simple philosophy for his success in real estate investing, “When you purchase a property, you want income property not ”out go” property so the property needs to have either break even or a positive cash flow from day one. If it cannot do either, walk away from the deal.”


MATT ANTONIOU:

Matt Antoniou has been in real estate since 1998.  He owns and operates an extensive rental portfolio of residential, multi family and one commercial building in So. Cal.  Matt co-owns and co-operates two mobile home parks for monthly cash flow and wealth building.  Matt keeps himself pretty busy managing his portfolio.  Matt is an expert in Mobile Home Park Investing, Finance and Management having increased his mobile home parks value two fold in the last 24 months.

Case Vande Poppe’s business experience began in 1992 with the establishment of his exploratory soils firm; Cal Pac-California Pacific Drilling, which specializes in real property soil investigations for Environmental/Geotechnical Phase I & II property assessments. The Real Estate Investment transition began in 2003 with the involvement of land acquisitions, manufactured “Land/Home” developments and wholesale rehab to retail single family residential “flips”. Eventually leading to the ownership, management and now, general oversight of multiple manufactured home communities in three   states,  including Lease to Own contracts/notes with its firm; the SPI Investment GROUP. 

Case owns and operates various communities across three states and will be sharing his insight about investing in Mobile Home Parks. how he got started and how he continues to grow his MHP investment portfolio.
