Ho'oponopono Meditation

It's been awhile since we have met. Thank you all for your interest, patience and enthusiasm.  I look forward to more events with you all.

Ho'oponopono is an ancient Hawaiian tradition to bring about emotional, familial, and social change. It is a meditation practice that consists of this basic chant: I'm Sorry; Please Forgive Me; I love you; Thank you.  As we practice Ho'oponopono our minds and spirits will begin to transform our lives both inward and outward. This is an opportunity to take responsibility for our world by making ourselves better so that we can make the world better.

I welcome you all to join us as we transform ourselves and our world. We will begin with a guided grounding/ alignment exercise then begin chanting (inwardly or vocally) the Ho'oponopono phrases: I'm sorry, Please Forgive Me, I love you, Thank you. We will divide the time into sections by chanting for different intentions, a clearing prayer and then a brief sharing opportunity.

11:00 AM - Arrive, meet and greet, receive an introduction to Ho'o'pono'pono and form circles of 5-10 meditators.

11:15 AM -  First Intention: Healing Our Relationships

11:30 AM - Second Intention: Healing Our Communities

11:45 AM - Third Intention: Healing Our World

12:00 PM - Clearing Prayer

12:05 PM - Please feel free to stay and continue sharing your experience.

We will be on the grass, please bring a blanket or chair.

I look forward to sharing this time with you.

There is no charge for the event. Donations are welcome. Please bring a comfortable chair or blanket. We will be in a park.

Always love getting together with others to recite this most beautiful of mantras. Sorry we needed to leave a bit early for our appointment....

My parents want to have lunch with me Saturday and I haven't seen them for over a month so I'll have to miss this one. Hopefully I'll be able to make it next time. Have a beautiful Saturday!

I'm surprised by the level of growth I've seen since becoming an organizer, it's given me more confidence in my abilities.
