The holiday atmosphere was in full swing last night at our seasonal party. PJ's Abbey is a lovely restaurant that's been converted from a historic Victorian church. It was cozy atmosphere, filled with friends and new acquaintances sharing their latest multimedia adventures. Patricia Shanks brought in her "Gorilla Carolers" to add melodic cheer. I, Bonnie Erdrich, showed a short cute Christmas cartoon, and a fun 4 min. project for a client that was a pre-party cocktail party for the adults, while the teenagers in the next room had their zany, self expressed, outrageous pre-party. Being that the parties were opposite and simultaneous, I thought it would be fun to go back and forth between the two parties with a classic song by Dean Martin, with the present day version by The Pussy Cat Dolls. It was so fun to create and to show. A good time was had by all.

I liked the restaurant, it was nice a cozy unlike other mainstream restaurants. I thought I already ate the best pasta ever, but I was wrong. PJ's Abbey's pasta was made with just the right amount of tomato and Alfredo sauces. So it's not too heavy. The Carol singers were awesome.

We wrapped up our busy year with a wonderful celebration at PJ Abbey's Restaurant! It was great to welcome old and new friends and to share an evening of good food, great singing by our guest carolers, and, of course, moments of multimedia magic presented by Bonnie and Mike. Thanks to all our supporters of the Orange County MultiMedia Association and this Meetup group!
