Screening of "Green Fire: Aldo Leopold and a land ethic for our time"

Dr. Stanley Temple, Professor Emeritus in Conservation at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and Senior Fellow with the Aldo Leopold Foundation, will be introducing, "Green Fire: Aldo Leopold and the land ethic for our time" and answering questions afterward. Green Fire is, "the first full-length documentary film ever made about legendary environmentalist Aldo Leopold, Green Fire highlights Leopold’s extraordinary career, tracing how he shaped and influenced the modern environmental movement. Leopold remains relevant today, inspiring projects all over the country that connect people and land." The event, including screening of the full-length film and a Q&A afterwards, should be over by 9:30.

    The screening is FREE and open to everyone - you can pay to park in the student center parking structure across from the student center or park at University Center and walk across Campus Ave. to the student center. Check back for the exact room location within the student center!!
