Come out and meet your fellow UX peers over at Experian. Sean Van Tyne and Jeofrey Bean, authors of The Customer Experience Revolution will also be there to give us a very informative presentation on the topic of Customer Experience!

Sean Van Tyne

Sean Van Tyne is the User Experience Director at FICO where he provides leadership forteams across the United States, Europe and Asia. He is the author, with Jeofrey Bean, of thenew book “The Customer Experience Revolution—How Companies like Apple, Amazon, andStarbucks Have Changed Business Forever.”

Mr. Van Tyne is a sought-after speaker, moderator and facilitator on such topics as leadership,customer experience and experience design.

Mr. Van Tyne is on the board of the Customer Experience Revolution Institute; the President ofthe Customer Experience Special Interest Group; and an advisor to professional and corporateorganizations.



Jeofrey Bean

Jeofrey Bean is the author, with Sean Van Tyne, of the new business leadership book '”TheCustomer Experience Revolution - How Companies like Apple, Amazon, and Starbucks havechanged business forever.”

As Principal of Del Mar Research and Consulting Jeofrey is an expert at building value anddifferentiation with marketing, products, services and customer experience leadership. Hisexperience spans strategic to tactical with small innovative companies and large successfulorganizations like IDriveSafely.com, ProMedia Tel, LPL Financial, AT&T and QuestDiagnostics.

Jeofrey is a frequent speaker, seminar leader and advisor to companies that depend on customerexperiences for their success. He is on the Board of Directors of the San Diego SoftwareIndustry Council's User Experience Group and a Contributing Editor to Automotive Digest.

    Speaker was quite good, but a little overly general. I personally believe the measurement (analytics) is crucial in measuring the user experience based on engagement and sentiment analysis and would have been good to have gone into some depth in the talk.
