I met David in San Diego and was like... I have to join the OC group too! It sounds like a lot of fun! I look forward in meeting with you all soon!
How did you become interested in UX?
I studied UX design, interaction design in grad school at the Academy of the Arts University, San Francisco. Throughout the years of schooling and freelance clients, I notice that UX design is a part of my life in the New Media/Web/Mobile industry. I love the nitty gritty research and development stages! An architect needs blueprints before creating a building, right? We need UX and UI before building a web,mobile,gaming, and more.

Hi, Keeya. Welcome to San Diego ACM SIGGRAPH. Hope you can make it to our tutorials, presentations, and the Project workshops (where we are putting together a mobile-app social game that takes place in 1940s techno-punk LA). We are also a 'gateway' to the big SIGGRAPH Conference in LA this coming August.
