Wine Tasting and Dinner Seminar: How to Read a Wine Menu at a Restaurant

Join us for this dinner class and wine discussion where we will go through a professionally designed wine menu step by step to understand how to use it, what to look for and which traps to avoid.

We will have dinner (a la carte) and a series of 8+ wines to taste along. Event fee is $60 plus whatever you like to order from the reasonable dinner menu at the Back Bay Bistro. Free parking. Back Bay Bistro is one of our partner locations, they will take good care of us in our private room and be cost efficient, with free parking.

Sommelier-guided blind-tasting included in this event, as always. We're tasting some top producers of high typicity from around the world. In this tasting, we will show the 'most important style' of each country:

1. Italy: Barolo

2. France: Bordeaux

3. Germany: Riesling

4. Spain: Rioja

5. Australia: Shiraz

6. South Africa: Pinotage

7. New Zealand: Pinot Noir

8. USA: Zinfandel
