For this fast-paced and educational 2 hour session we are meeting in the private Wine Cellar Club, Irvine's premier location for fine wine storage.
We have a private room and will explore how to build a proper wine collection and manage the cellar. During the discussion, we are sampling a nice flight of of wines typical wines from around the world, in our known blind-tasting format.
