Wine tasting/class with a Sommelier

Every thursday I open 8 different bottles and we talk about them. Sometimes they are high end (Champagne, Ken Wright, Opus Etc) sometimes they are in the $6 dollar range, and completely taste better than their price. I like to say I throw myself on the grenade of bad wines to find the few that are both inexpensive and delish!

I bring snacks since I feel its never a good idea to drink without a lil' something. I ask for $5 to cover the snacks and the occasional bottle I have to purchase for this.

The group is very informal so don't worry if you are going to be a little late or decide to bring an extra friend without prior notification.

Also, since I'm studying for my Master Sommelier exam, bring any questions you might have. Some people bring a bottle to try to stump me on, feel free to do so, but only if it is a classical variety (or blend) from a classic winegrowing region.
