Hometown: Portland, OR
December 18, 2011
We just relocated to the West Coast and extremely excited to explore all that Oregon has to offer but especially excited about the wine!
Great to see you here on Meetup! So true about the timeliness of building or core strength and reprogramming to higher frequency thoughts. Looking forward to seeing you Wed! Blessings, Heather
It was a pleasure meeting you this morning. I look forward to seeing you again.
I'm definitely a giggler too so we will share lots of laughs I'm sure!
Hi Teri! Did you go to the Institute for Integrative Nutrition? I ask because I am also a health coach specializing in gluten free living, Thyroid Health/autoimmune disease (I have Hashimoto's) and mental/emotional wellness. I too just moved from the east coast (Massachusetts) last July and live in NE Portland. I'd love to connect sometime and chat about the progress you've made being gluten free. :)
Hi Teri,Good to hear from you! We attended the dance party once.I'd recommend it since they also have a dance class in between where they teach you the bhangra steps. Honestly,we love bollywood music and dance, but are not much into bollywood dancing :) They're an open group and have parties frequently..Have a wonderful weekend :)
Hi Teri,I totally understand what you mean.My husband & I moved here around 5 months ago and I work from home :)

Hi Teri, Thanks for your greeting. Unfortunately, Beatrice went to doggie heaven on Christmas eve. She was already a dog with chronic bronchitis and emphysema and then the acute CHF just really did her in. I couldn't stand to watch her struggle to breathe whle we tried to get her medicines right so I had her euthenized. She was very loved.
