We have an event coming up in March. Originally, nine people signed up. This is a wine and appetizer pairing with a guest speaker. Once it was pointed out that pre-payment was required, "yes" RSVP's dropped like flies. So, my question, should we require payment to RSVP to such events from our site? |

So far, we have done "open house" style tastings. Is there interest in doing "classes" for lack of a better word, exploring wine regions of the world or wine styles? Pricing would be reasonable, between $15-25 per "class". |

Would the group be interested in a wine seminar? One that would be more of a "convention-type" event. With speakers from various wine related industries, a lunch, reception and dinner? The event would be limited in size and require preregistration and prepayment. |
