Why are you joining this group?

I am trying to live an all natural lifestyle including skin care, household products, and food. This group gives me an opportunity to learn more about growing organic food and how I will benefit overall for growing my own organic food. This group also gives me an opportunity to share my mistakes and successes with growing my own organic garden.

Have you had organic gardens in the past?

I am new to growing organic food. I currently stay at an apartment so I am not able to grow as many plants and herbs as I would like. My boyfriend and I have talked about getting a plant box for this summer instead of growing each plant in an individual pot. As stated before we have grown a tomato plant and herbs our first go at it.

Why do you grow food?

Not only do I know what was used to grow my plants, but there is something rewarding with knowing that I am making a conscious effort to live a healthier lifestyle.

Hello, I am from Iowa and moved to Memphis a year ago. I have always wanted to grow my own organic garden. My first summer in Memphis, my boyfriend and I grew a tomato plant and herbs organically and are excited to grow more plants this summer!
