Mystical Kabbalat Shabbat with Rabbi Gabriel Cousens, MD

Re-fresh and Re-ground in Spiritual Life!

Kabbalat Shabbat with Rabbi Gabriel Cousens, MD,

is an ancient mystical ceremony to initiate spiritual refreshment. Experience an evening of conscious ceremony, devotional chanting, meditation, Haniha Meditation, and the sweetness of the Divine within our soul.

Support your whole-person well-being, and be your unique expression of the Divine! This special evening service is open to all. Rabbi Cousens' unique enlightenment teachings shine through in this beautiful celebration of the merging of Heavens and Earth, with a particular emphasis on spiritual ecology and the kabbalistic Etz Haim (Tree of Life).

Come prepared to participate in an individual and group experience, involving several ways of consciously knowing the truth of who you are: in meditation, dance, song, meaningful stories, food rituals, energy transmission, and some direct "teaching" in the informative sense. Rabbi Cousens, as a spiritual teacher and a live-food nutrition expert, has a unique role, which on this evening is to uplift consciousness, and sometimes even make you aware of your own inner challenges to being fully conscious. This altogether helps you strengthen your spiritual life path and your whole-person awakening.

We are ushering in the spiritual Force which enlivens awakening and transformation. We are experiencing the subtle healing power of the quiet mind, and being one with living planet. Celebrate an evening of spiritual refreshment!

FREE and Open to All. Pre-registration is requested. Please participate in aligning with the rhythm of the sundown by arriving by 7:55 pm

Co-Hosted by the Sunflower Center and Tree of Life - Bay Area
