[Organized-Chaos-Dragon-Boating] First Practice
If you were at Saturday's practice you will recall we paddled to the cove and performed some rotational drills on the way.
After reaching the back of the cove a vote was taken to find out how y'all wanted to structure our first practice.
The vote was split between
- Speed\Technique work via mock races
- Endurance paddling
We left the cove with an endurance paddle which lasted 5:54 almost 1,000 Meters, 910 to be exact.
Max speed was 10.9kmh
Avg moving speek 9.6kmh
With no start sequence you got up to 10.9 kmH and stayed above that and till reaching 10KmH at 1:37. You got back to 10.1 at 3:44 and hovered close to 10 then got back to 10.1 at 4:23 and maintained until 5:00. Nice work considering it was first day out after a long off season.
Job well done!
