Maybe your New Year’s Resolution list looks something like the below??? If so, we have a couple great options for you this offseason!
1. Total body Conditioning - Thursday @ 6:15 PM (link): this class runs through March 6th. Karen Davidson (instructor) does a fantastic job of incorporating strength and fitness into her sessions. All skill levels welcome – alternative exercises provided. Cost $5
2. Saturday Morning Circuit Training @ 9 AM (link): coached by TL, this class focuses on exercises which promote core and upper body strength/fitness. This class runs through Feb 1st. Cost $3
