ORGANIZERS ALLIANCE is a group comprised of Organizers and Assistant Organizers from the Tri-State area. Our goal is to share ideas, venues, events and members so as to open up new and exciting possibilities.
As a member you can post your event and share it with others groups.Other Organizers can pick up your event and post it as a joint (2 groups participating) or a multi-group event (3 or more groups participating) In order to keep it simple, the original host group who posted the event will collect and keep the meetup fees. This is only fair since they were the ones who did the planing and setup in the first place.
The benefits are many since now you can post any of the listed events as a joint or multi-group option and not have to do any of the planing, plus, you meet new people exchange ideas and grow your groups by adding new members and events.
We ask that you notify the host group Organizer first before posting to make sure there're aren't any conflicts. Please post at least one link to your group event page at the bottom of the posting here so as to keep an accurate head count.
Please do not post any solicitations for self serving events and please, no mass mailings to any of the members other than events properly posted. If you have an idea in the making and would like to throw it around, please post it on the message board for a discussion or post it on the Idea Page for a vote. Also please do not post the events itself on the message board. The message board is for discussion only on topics or event ideas and not for the posting of the actual events, that you do on the main page. Also please send all correspondences to *Jose* since Spud can't read too well!
