My sincerest apologies for the long time between meetups - I needed to pinch pennies for a while, and then when the holidays approached, schedules just got too crazy! I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday season! So let's start the new year off right - beginning at Francesco's in Maitland!
Chef Francesco Aiello was born in Palermo, Sicily. His passion for great Italian food began at a young age watching his father, a pastry chef, cook at home. His love for cooking grew after attending Instituto Alberghiero, an Italian culinary school in Palermo in 1996 and 1998. While there he focused on preparing seafood, fish and risotto specialties. Francesco came to Florida in 1998. He brought with him his passion for authentic Italian cuisine.

I will send out a confirmation request 5-7 days before the event - if you do not confirm by the deadline (24hours before the event), your RSVP will be changed to a no. Again, we are trying to be fair to the group members and the restaurant management by trying to cut down on the last-minute cancellations and/or no-shows.
