As you know, every September the best local area restaurants put together prix-fixe menus and honor them in addition to their regular menus throughout the month; and they donate a portion of their proceeds to charity. This year is no exception. All 3-course meals are $30per person, and look exceptional. This gives us a chance to try places that may normally be out of our financial reach, but a great cross-selection of what each venue has to offer. One dollar from each meal will be donated to this year's charity, the Edgewood Children's Ranch.
Our next stop will be at K Restaurant in College Park - a group favorite! K Restaurant was one of Orlando's first chef-owned restaurants. Culinary Institute of America graduate and James Beard nominated Chef Kevin Fonzo began to realize his dream over 10 years ago when he bought a restaurant in the small Orlando neighborhood of College Park. Today this neighborhood gem has grown to be one of Orlando's most recognized delights for the both local foodies and those visiting the area. The restaurant is uniquely unpretentious and genuine in its approach to hospitality and food service offering some of the best tastes the area has to offer in a comfortable renovated 1920's home. The largely locally sourced product on the daily changing menu not only reflects the season but showcases Central Florida's small family owned farming community. Chef Fonzo invites you to come experience his passion first hand.

As with all of our recent events, we will send out a confirmation request 5-7 days before the event - if you do not confirm by the deadline (24hours before the event), your RSVP will be changed to a no. Again, we are trying to be fair to the group members and the restaurant management by trying to cut down on the last-minute cancellations and/or no-shows.
